Alan Gordon@chickvonpea TBF, a lot of people do find it effective, although I’m not convinced about its efficacy for fibromyalgia. Have you heard of acceptance therapy? Research shows it works on a different part of the brain so isn’t compromised by stress, etc. I also liked The Way Out by Alan Gordon.
