@DrCaveatLector In This House of Brede is one of my all-time favorites. Have you read John Sandford's Lucas Davenport novels? Davenport's best friend is a nun. There's also a great nun at the center of ROCKET TO THE MORGUE by Anthony Boucher, a classic I just read last fall.
