THE CHANGE is like a guttural rage scream (and somehow also soft tearful hug?) of a book and I couldn’t have loved it any more. It was marketed as Witches of Eastwick meets Big Little Lies…I both think that’s a fairly accurate pitch and that it somehow undersells what this is.

This fucking gorgeous book ... made me cry twice, and when I finished reading, I had to sit for a minute with the hole it left in my chest. A good hole! A not-quite-happy-but-moved hole. But a hole nonetheless. This is too much talk of holes. Just order it.

Who’s excited for @jenniferesmith’s The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight to hit Netflix? This adaptation has been in the works for a literal decade... so now’s a good time to get the book and read if you haven’t.
