@samdubbelman Sorry, I'm late to this! Others have mentioned the anthologies I know of. These two aren't textbooks per se, but they do have survey-like chapters that might be accessible to students: Jane McAvoy's 'The Satisfied Life' and Andrea Janelle Dickens's 'The Female Mystic.'

@bobo_brizinski The first chapter of Eugene Rogers's 'Elements of Christian Thought' has an astonishingly fresh and original treatment of election. For an easy read that offers one of the better iterations of modern Calvinism, I would suggest Richard Mouw's 'Calvinism in the Las Vegas Airport.'

Perhaps this is naive, but I was stunned (in a good way) by the last chapter of MacIntyre's 'Whose Justice? Which Rationality?' Seeing as how everyone loves long threads without any pictures, I thought I might, if only for my own benefit, give a brief accounting.
