Disappointed, on balance, by Baumbach's WHITE NOISE, which I enjoyed in fits, starts and multiple zazzy setpieces — but which never finds a way to translate the satirical bite of Don DeLillo's Reagan-era novel in 2022, and sort of just floats there, often prettily, out of time.

Sundance regulars might recall Nicolette Krebitz's alluring, deeply messed-up woman-wolf love story WILD from 2016. She's kept the strangeness and softened other elements in her latest, AEIOU, and I was rather charmed by it.
