I’ve had a really magical run of books I have loved recently. I know I’m not new to the party but Rory Simmons recommended Damon Galgut’s ‘The Promise’ to me and I fell into it’s sad & beautiful pages. The sentences made me hold my breath they were so exquisite. Give it a read!
