@crane_moon_snow Ha, good one! I guess I was thinking more of tragedy, like ... Sophocles' Ajax, or Oedipus. Euripides' Medea. The Bacchae! Aeschylus's Oresteia. Heck, the whole Iliad. Vergil gets a nod for Neoptolemos in the sack of Troy in the Aeneid.

@greenleejw This reminds me of a fabulous line from a student paper to which I was privy, back in the day: "The Res Gestae of Augustus and the first book of Livy's Ab Urbe Condita were written on the same currant" = quite a lot of writing for a very small raisin!
