@MarcieBianco I remember meeting scholar Laurel Thatcher Ulrich who famously wrote “Well-behaved women seldom make history.” She said (& I’ll never forget this) “You seem to think Mormon women are oppressed. I don’t feel oppressed at all.” She said she just claims power/ freedom for herself.
