It only makes sense after watching all 7.8 hours of Get Back to watch all 3 hours of Ryûsuke Hamaguchi's Haruki Murakami adaptation Drive My Car. Murakami once titled a book Norwegian Wood and filled it with Beatles references (though Tran Anh Hung's film trades Beatles for Can).

This year, I've seen Colin Farrell in After Yang, The Banshees of Inisherin, and Thirteen Lives, and now I'm listening to the audio book of James Joyce's A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man--I swear his reading is the best of all. Wouldn't be a bad year to give him an Oscar.

I'm heading towards the home stretch of the Dilla Time audio book, and Dan Charnas's voice feels like that of an old friend. I've figured out why. I grew up with Harry Nilsson's The Point. Nilsson and Charnas are NY natives. DC's speaking voice, cadence, etc. is EXACTLY the same.
