Finally watched The Banshees of Inisherin, and kept saying, all the way though, "this sounds like a play," only to see at the end that it was written by Martin McDonagh, whose play "The Beauty Queen of Leenane" is a favorite of mine. Spot on. So beautifully written and paced.
