@robkhenderson Singapore is fiercely meritocratic. Affirmative action as we understand in the West, is non-existent there. One other uncomfortable fact is that Lee Kuan Yew is an adherent of the ideas put forth by Charles Murray in The Bell Curve. He built Singapore assuming it’s true.
