Million Dollar Consulting: The Professional's Guide to Growing a Practice
Alan Weiss
"Million Dollar Consulting" by @BentleyGTCSpeed might have been the highest-return business book I've ever read. The tone is pretty old-school, but keep reading: the tactics and strategies are solid. https://t.co/OGc4020jko

Die with Zero: Getting All You Can from Your Money and Your Life
Bill Perkins
Book review: Die with Zero by Bill Perkins. A well-argued and very interesting idea: dying with $0 in your bank account is moral and optimal for happiness. I'm pretty convinced. Sometimes maybe a little _too_ nerdy, but I'm a nerd, so it's OK. 4/5.

Night Falls Fast: Understanding Suicide
Kay Redfield Jamison
Book review: Night Falls Fast (Understanding Suicide) by Kay Redfield Johnson. A well-written overview of the personal and societal causes and consequences of suicide. The story about Merriwether Lewis was particularly affecting. 4/5.

Transcend: The New Science of Self-Actualization
Scott Barry Kaufman
Book review: Choose Growth by @sbkaufman. Perhaps I’m not a fan of the workbook format, but this didn’t hit nearly as hard as Transcend did. Best understood as a missing (and shippable) appendix to Transcend, for those who want guided prompts.

Project Hail Mary
Andy Weir
If you enjoyed The Martian, I’m halfway through Andy Weir’s followup “Project Hail Mary” and it’s just as good. Highly recommend.

God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything
Christopher Hitchens
Book review: God is not Great by Christopher Hitchens. A classic I hasn’t yet gotten round to. Hitchens’ diction and style are lush and inimitable. Hardly a word set wrong. Audiobook as read by author was a delight. 5/5.
