@MarindaOnline Have you read Borderline by Mishell Baker? It’s the first in a perfectly brilliant urban fantasy trilogy with a queer disabled protagonist who has BPD. The author also has BPD. (Full disclosure I edited them so I am not objective!! But they are objectively brilliant!!!)

@englishmace Have you read The Violence by Delilah S. Dawson? It’s a much longer book than I expected it to be, and I tore through it in two days flat. It’s the most gorgeously uplifting book about generational trauma, abuse, and women’s pain I’ve ever read. I flat out loved it.

@PunkinOnWheels Recent-ish, but anything by Rachel Neumeier, who seems to be criminally underappreciated. Mountain of Kept Memory, Winter of Ice and Iron, The City in the Lake, The Floating Islands—all chewy, gorgeous character-driven stand alone epic fantasies with stunning worldbuilding.
