Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison is the best book written for me on this. And I've read a lot. Still Missing by Chevy Stevens is abduction on 1st person POV. Very graphic. She killed her abuser. Room by Emma Donoghue is POV of a 5-year old boy. His innocence is heart-breaking.
