@LingTolls @WeatherBrew You can read Nazi Literature in the Americas by Bolano. It's amazing. Or for an amazing alternative history from the left check out Human Smoke by Nicholson Baker, the most criminally underrated book I've ever read.

@JccWrites @ResilientRei This is a great point. If you ask for too much sellers might stop taking you seriously. There can be a real downside. The best deal I ever got came from someone I had been working with who trusted me and knew my word was good. Wrote out the deal on a scrap of notebook paper.

@kmele You know, Mohsin Hamid is an amazing writer. Exit West might be the best novel ever written about immigration. I wouldn't judge this book based on a couple of click bait sentences. He's too good of a writer to just be dismissed that way.
