All you will need is the idea, then you’ll say to GPT5 “write a 900 page stream of consciousness novel using a vast vocabulary, about one man’s day in Dublin, make it like Virginia Woolf but much better”. Eventually you’ll be able to say, simply: “be creative”

@Cyclefree2 Maybe. Or maybe novel writing is just a young person’s thing and we have entirely the wrong impression. There are exceptions of course. But even in the modern era the great novels are written by the young. To Kill a Mockingbird - written by Harper Lee at 33
