Ken Liu's "The Grace of Kings" is an epic fantasy crammed w/all the scheming, battles, and betrayal you would expect from a post-ASOIAF fantasy...then the war is over halfway through and it morphs into something entirely different and entirely fascinating. #BookReview #books

Peter Watts' "Echopraxia" doesn't quite hit the same highs as "Blindsight" but is still chock full of fascinating ideas and creepy paranoia
