@LakeCtryPress I have a long list of books that I periodically reread. Most are classics like LITTLE WOMEN and P&P, but Diana Wynne Jones' FIRE AND HEMLOCK and Pamela Dean's TAM LIN are on the list. Meanwhile, it's been years since I've read A TREE GROWS IN BROOKLYN. Really need to reread.

@OneLiteraryFox SORCERY OF THORNS was like HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE x LIRAEL, and I loved both those books, too, so maybe it's not a surprise that I loved it. But it takes a very good writer to pull off something comparable to Garth Nix & Diana Wynne Jones, so that's to Rogerson's credit.
