Ever since he finished reading Hernan Diaz's "Trust," my partner @BetancurBryan has been asking me to read it so we can discuss it. 2/3 of the way through and he (and the Pulitzer judges!) are right--- this book is so good! Best thing I have read in a while.

@AmandaMontei Doireann Ní Ghríofa's A Ghost in the Throat is top of my list right now. Also Girlhood by Febos (perhaps an obvious choice?) I also really liked David Carr's The Night of the Gun for its commentary on the fallibility of memory. And everything Mary Karr has ever written
