Up early for court in three counties today. Been listening to Jim Harrison’s collected Brown Dog novellas on audiobook during the in between and honestly that alone has mad it a hell of a pleasant day so far.

@nkolakowski @ItsMarkYall We did an LTO pizza named for Benjamin Percy’s RED MOON that was “drenched in Sriracha” that could easily be rebooted as BLOOD MERIDIAN. I have also had a decent goat cheese pizza with green apple slices on it.

Sorry to hear of the passing of C. Michael Curtis, longtime fiction editor of The Atlantic. We played poker one time and started out at odds and ended up friendly. He let me send him stories. He never took one, but he always gave me helpful and kind notes. Rest easy, Mike.
