Currently reading “In a Lonely Place” by Karl Edward Wagner. I’m not huge on ghosts and/or vampires, so the first story didn’t do much for me, but holy SHIT “Where the Summer Ends” and “Sticks” are a couple of all-timer short stories. Similar vibe to Klein’s “Dark Gods” stuff
