@la_guettler (2/2) ...I'd describe them as fun/energetic, but VERY of their time mid-20th century novels. Had a thing for reading books like that then, with Leon Uris's pro Israel epic "Exodus" being another example. Kinda racy though... Would especially not recommend to MG kids.
