Far Beyond Heaven
At the threshold of adulthood, Cody Palmeroy takes on a gruesome job at a funeral home while he pursues a philosophy degree at a nearby university. Several years later, he becomes a chaplain at a state prison where hardened, desperate convicts challenge his authority and sanity. Paul Moore has worked at a funeral home, state prison and urban church. He is a graduate of Rhodes College, Trinity University and Vanderbilt Divinity School. A native of Tennessee, he currently resides with his wife Gayle in Nashville and the Virgin Islands.
