@Detroitred16 Black Hebrews are generally not Pan-Africanists. The ones you are referring to typically want nothing to do with Africa. And nothing about Rudolph R. Windsor's "From Babylon to Timbuktu" strikes me as being Pan-African. It's actually very dismissive of Africa.
