Overton, Laura: - Laura Overton is an award-winning learning expert with over 30 years' experience in the learning industry. She is the founder of Towards Maturity, an independent learning analysis company which has been delivering the L&D industry's annual benchmark report since 2003. Prior to this, she was an e-Learning champion at e-Skills UK and was responsible for e-learning implementation at Smartforce. In 2018, Laura was listed number one in the e-Learning Movers and Shakers list, an annual report of the Top 100 most influential people in the learning industry across the world.
