@DylanIsWriting My wife is a huge fan of Patrick Rothfuss's The Kingkiller Chronicles. The first book is called The Name of the Wind. Just a warning, the final book hasn't been released, so if you start it, it may be a while before you end it.

@thetaoishway Actually, my favorite is another "adaptation" more than "translation" ... It's William Martin's "A Path and a Practice," which includes an extensive section regarding implementing the teachings into your practice. My favorite faithful translation is probably Derek Lin's.

I picked up a copy of "Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage" by Haruki Murakami tonight. I've already read the book (and actually really liked it), and it was $12.99 for a used copy, but I absolutely loved the cover design, and sometimes, that's enough. #booktwt

@NeilStaley The first audiobook I listened to was Gaston Leroux's the Phantom of the Opera, when I was like 12, and it's because I was having a hard time getting through a certain section. So, I checked it out of the public library and listened past that section.
