Stan LeeThis is pre Fantastic Four #1, which has Stan Lee and Jack Kirby signature, but no task breakdown and no Credit Box. Lee perhaps did more with credits and the ‘tasks/name in a box on the title page’, but he didn’t start the notion of giving creators credit.
