@nwilliams030 George Gilder’s books are fun if you can stand the breathless writing style (esp. The Silicon Eye). Federico Faggin’s autobiography is good. “Fire in the Valley” is readable. “The Soul of a new machine” is more computers than silicon but still great all these years later.
